At JRS Industrial Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workwear and industrial fashion. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all industrial tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal, then drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the garments and process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
